The legal basis for these processes is the contract governing your participation in our events (the “Registration Conditions”). The same applies to your possible registrations for various workshops, symposiums, competitions, challenges, round tables, etc. organized by the Vauban Sessions and related events.
• Depending on the locations where events take place and the personalities present that may explain specific security procedures for access, official data and documents for verifying your identity (identity card, etc.) and access control. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest, and in some specific cases, the existence of a regulatory obligation.
• Data allowing us to identify you (name, first name, job title, company, phone, professional email) to invite you to future events that we or some of our partners will organize on similar topics and more broadly to carry out any prospecting operation related to topics (newsletters, publications), as part of a BtoB relationship. The legal basis for the processing of your professional data for this purpose is our legitimate interest.
